Aspire to Ultra is an online coaching program I designed to help runners build the mindset, endurance, confidence, & resilience needed to take on their first ultra or their return to ultras. Three levels of coaching to choose and commit to overcoming your doubts, managing setbacks, being accountable when motivation fades. Focus is on sustainable training-life balance, mindset work and accountability. I coach from experience having done many ultra trail runs while balancing life in my 40's.
